Cleanse your face & neck with your favorite Dr. TEMT cleanser, followed by your favorite Dr. Temt Toner.

1-2 times a week, apply a thick layer of the mask to the face, neck, and decollete. Remove after approx—20 minutes with lukewarm water and a soft cosmetic towel. Avoid the eye area.
Dr.TEMT Tip:
Once or twice a week: apply this cream mask in a thin layer as the moisturizer and leave it on
overnight.

Use the mask in combination with an ampoule: Apply the ampoule after cleansing and toning. Let absorb. Apply a thick mask layer to the face, neck, and decollete. Avoid the eye area. Remove after approx. Twenty minutes with lukewarm water and a soft cosmetic towel, and apply Dr. TEMT Elience Age Defense Day or Night Cream.
